Dogs have been our faithful companions and best friends since mankind first walked this earth. They have been loyal, anxious to please and trustworthy. They have no second agenda, and they ask so little of us in return for just the basics of life, i.e. food, water, affection and a safe place to sleep.
These short stories are a small sampling of the injured, sick, and starving dogs that we have been privileged to provide with emergency medical care, critical medications and nourishing food while volunteers seek new and loving forever- homes for them.
